Sept. 6, 2014 – middle of no where

A short passage to the middle of nowhere.   It was the perfect place to drop anchor and rest.  A sand island appeared each day that looked like a mirage.  Setting off in the dinghy it took over an hour to get close and then there was nothing there but sand.  It was a strange feeling to walk on a sand beach with nothing in view anywhere.
