Sept. 25 – exploring Sula Bay, Emae Island

After leaving Havanna Harbor we stopped at Na Ora Matoura Bay, Ngouna Island for a night.  We anchored close to shore in the U of two big hills which gave some wind protection.  No photos of this place.

Next morning anchor was up at 6:55am and we headed to  the small island of Emae.  Five hours later we were anchored in front of a beach with a couple of out buildings and a small sign Sula.  We took a quick trip ashore and watched some locals clearing  trees for road improvement.   It was entertaining to watch them hack down palm trees before we stretched our legs in a half hour walk to the nearest village.
