We left Port Vila at 8am and motored out hearing church bells in the distance. A fine mist turned into a short downpour ending in clear blue skies when we anchored in Esoma Bay in Havanna Harbor. It was about a five hour trip and it felt good to get away from the closed-in feeling of Port Vila. Not much to see here in Esoma, just a river opening into the bay. Loads of jellyfish in the water. We’re traveling with our friends Karen and Jason on Yolo.
